“Around The World”

Around The World is a six week tour of foreign countries. Using our imaginations and Nursery School Passports, we travel by boat, plane, train and bus to faraway lands to explore different parts of the world. Activities include crafts, movement, literature and creating a scrapbook to remember our journey.

“Under Construction”

Under Construction gets to the nuts and bolts of hands on learning. This class focuses on how things work and how things are built. Incorporated into this class is literature, math and science skills that will open new doors to learning.

“Discovering America and our Community”

We discover America and explore our community in this interesting enrichment class.  Beginning with our community, we study our life in Babylon and the people who live and work here.  Our field trips through the community reinforce what we learn.  Moving on from Babylon, we tour our great nation through literature and our imaginations to guide us.

“Books Alive

Books Alive! nurtures the love of reading and literature by bringing the pages of a book to life.  This class sparks the imagination and the creative process of story-telling using puppety, play-acting, music, movement, and art.  Over the course of the program, the children develop a series of stories and write and illustrate a book to share at home.

Game Day

Game Day is class where we introduce different types of games which challenge the children to follow instructions, problem-solve, and complete tasks.  Popular board games and playground games which target different areas of motor and cognitive development are all part of this extraordinarily fun program.
